CCMR was commissioned to conduct product positioning research for a new OTC product scheduled for release in the China market. A potentially sensitive subject matter, we were appointed because of Focus Group China¡¯s proven ability to recruit quality respondents and appoint skilled moderators who could get the best out of respondents in a challenging environment. Eight groups were held in Shanghai and Guangzhou with all respondents being current sufferers of the particular affliction with quotas for age and usage of current treatments. As a result of the research our client was able to identify a clear winning concept and proceed with launch plans. |
