This sample called for gaming app professionals to participate in a test laboratory and subsequent focus group discussions to evaluate a new gaming app against existing competitor products. Focus Group China recruited the hard to find sample of 12 professionals and coordinated all members to attend the laboratory and participate in the focus groups with 100% respondent compliance.

The qualitative research team at Focus Group China recruited the sample, hosted and managed the laboratory, administered the online questionnaires and moderated the focus groups. Client deliverables included a database, videos of the respondent interviews, app trials, dual language transcripts and videos of the focus groups.
