Market Strategies International is the 25th largest market research firm in the world, according to “The 2012 Honomichl Global Top 25 Research Report,” published annually in Marketing News.

As a whole, revenue from the global market research industry’s 25 biggest companies grew 4.1% to $18.7B in 2011, representing 58% of total world spend for research. The report puts “real growth” at 1.4% (4.1% growth less a 2.7% adjustment for inflation). Despite the modest increase, Jack Honomichl calls the results “good news given the dire economic conditions in many countries.” The growth in full-time employees increased 6.9% from the prior year.
