Lung Cheong (HKG:0348) suspended for placing shares

Trading in the shares of the Lung Cheong International Holdings Limited (HKG:0348) on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited will be suspended with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 24 April 2012 pending the release of an announcement in relation to placing of shares of the company.

Share price of the company closed at HK$0.212 before suspension.
