Town Health International Investments Limited (HKG:3886) expected that the results of the Group for the financial year ended 31 December 2011 will show a decline in net profit as compared to that in 2010. The principal cause of such decline is due to an impairment in interest in an associate.

The Company emphasised that the principal cause of such decline is non-cash in nature and will not have any cash flow burden to the Group.
