Cachet Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. announced today, that it intends to purchase altogether 12 companies’ stake. The whole deals involve around RMB 200 million.

Cachet Pharma’s business operations comprise medicine supply to hospitals, wholesaling of biological products, medical instruments and traditional Chinese medicines; pharmaceutical logistics and retail pharmacy chain.

The 12 acquired companies locate in different regions of China, from North of Beijing to South of Guangzhou. And the 12 companies mostly specialise in medical devices.

Through the massive acquisition. Cachet Pharma could perfect its product range, boots sales performance, enhance competitiveness and maintain sustainability.
