Shinva Medical Instrument Company, Ltd. Is to acquire Shanghai Uniwin Pharmaceutical Machinery Co. Ltd. With RMB 353 million.

 Shinva is the largest sterilizer R & D base in China, and its main products include sterilizers, radiotherapy equipment, digital diagnosis equipment, surgical instruments, disposable syringes, environmental protection equipment for medical use, sterilization testing products, pharmaceutical machinery, etc.    

 Shanghai Uniwin has a strength type enterprise for design, R&D and manufacturing on pharmaceutical machineries. The company forms three series product structure of natural raw material extracting and concentrating complete equipments, pharm-used steel vessels, vacuum belt continuous dryer of total more than one hundred products. It has become one of the largest manufacturers in domestic pharmaceutical machinery industry.

 According to the news release from Shinva Medical, with the help of acquisition, Shinva could enhance its financial performance and ability of sustaining development.
