Shanxi Guangyuyuan TCM Pharma in order to concentrate on TCM business is about to sell its non-core business

400-year history TCM maker Shanxi Guangyuyuan is to sell its non-core business Anhui Dongshen Pharmaceutical Co. and two pharmaceutical factories to Guangdong HengCheng Pharmaceutical company with RMB 145 million.

The intended sold companies primarily major in fertiliser and crude drug R&D and sales. After stripping of these businesses, Guangyuyuan could pay more attention on its core business in TCM R&D and manufacturing.
