In relation to Wuhan EMC Project, China Public Procurement Limited (HKG:1094) announced that the total consideration of HK$30 million under the project agreement has been received from the transferee.
The company stated that the second installment of HK$12 million and interest of approximately HK$100,000 were received from the transferee. Out of the HK$12 million received by the PRC partner subsidiary, approximately HK$10.8 million had been received by the subsidiary. Out of the amount of interest of approximately HK$100,000, HK$90,000 had been received by the subsidiary.
