Market Strategies International announced today it has hired five research professionals in its Technology, Healthcare, Telecommunications and Energy Divisions.

Janice Anderson is a vice president in the Technology Division. Anderson has 10 years¡¯ experience in quantitative and qualitative research among B2B and consumer audiences. Prior to joining Market Strategies, Anderson was a vice president of client services for Ipsos Vantis. She holds a bachelor¡¯s degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin¡ªMadison.

DelghiaccioRob Delghiaccio is a vice president in the Healthcare Division. Delghiaccio has 18 years¡¯ healthcare experience on the client and consulting sides. Prior to joining Market Strategies, Delghiaccio held positions with Lilly, Merck and Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a J&J Company. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor¡¯s degree in molecular and cellular biology from the University of Arizona.

HartleyPaul Hartley is a vice president in the Telecommunications Division. Hartley has nearly 20 years¡¯ experience in the global telecom and tech sectors, focusing most recently on the North American market where he led large research projects with AT&T, Sprint, Bell Mobility, Time Warner Cable and Cisco. Prior to joining Market Strategies, he held similar roles at comScore and LGR Telecommunications. Hartley holds a master¡¯s and a bachelor¡¯s degree in marketing, advertising and economics from the University of Cape Town.

OberleChris Oberle is a senior vice president in the Energy Division. Oberle has more than 25 years¡¯ experience in the energy and financial services sectors. Prior to joining Market Strategies, Oberle was senior director and co-founder of the energy practice at J.D. Power and Associates. He holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a bachelor¡¯s degree from the University of Southern California.

PalaceDawn Palace is a vice president in the Telecommunications Division. Palace has more than 20 years¡¯ experience in market research, multi-channel marketing and organizational development. Prior to joining Market Strategies she was senior vice president with Meredith Xcelerated Marketing. She holds a doctorate and master¡¯s degree in industrial/organizational psychology and psychometrics from Wayne State University as well as a bachelor¡¯s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan.
