For the second time, Crain's Detroit Business has honored Market Strategies International as one of the ¡°Cool Places to Work¡± in Southeast Michigan.
We earned cool points for our student mentoring program and generous time-off policy. Market Strategies was honored in 2009 as well, when Crain¡¯s last held its Cool Places awards program. The focus of that issue was navigating tough economic times; this issue¡¯s theme centered on companies that take talent attraction and retention seriously and acknowledge the importance their workers play in the success of their business.
